General Agreement

1 Purpose of These Terms

This Terms and Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between players ("you" or "user") who access and use the mm47 platform (mm47.vip) and mm47 ("Company" or "we").

By visiting the mm47 website, registering an account, or playing games, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to comply with it. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.

This agreement may be updated at any time, so we recommend checking the latest version on the site every time you log in.

2 Scope of This Agreement

This agreement applies to all players who access the mm47 website, mobile site, and related services — including football betting, Live Casino, Slots, card games, and cockfighting games.

Account Registration and Access

3 Account Registration

You must open a personal account to play at mm47. The following conditions apply when registering—

  • Each person may only register one account. Duplicate accounts using the same personal details may be closed.
  • Only accurate and complete personal information may be submitted. Accounts opened with false information may be closed and any remaining balance will not be refunded.
  • The company may request identity documents to verify the details you provide at registration.
  • Never share your account password with anyone. You are fully responsible for any losses that occur through your account.

4 Accuracy of Personal Information

The company may verify your National Registration Card (NRC), phone number, or other identity documents both at registration and when processing deposit or withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will not be approved until verification is successful.

Age Restriction

mm47 services are available to players aged 21 and above only. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to open an account.

The company reserves the right to verify a player's age at any time. If age verification fails, the account may be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method. Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses will not be refunded.

Deposit / Withdrawal Policy

6 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits at mm47 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks
  • All deposits must be made in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • Deposits will be credited to your account after verification is complete.
  • The company is not responsible for any disruptions caused by the bank or payment system.

7 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals—

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 30,000 Ks
  • Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour of the request being submitted.
  • Withdrawals will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit (KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or bank transfer).
  • Withdrawals are not permitted until identity verification has been completed.
  • Balances that include bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

1 hour from the time of your withdrawal request — that is our standard processing time. It may take longer on bank holidays or when additional verification is needed, and the player will be notified via SMS or Live Chat.

Bonuses and Promotions

8 Welcome Bonus

The mm47 welcome bonus gives you a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

The bonus wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount (you must wager the bonus 15 times before bonus winnings can be withdrawn).

Example (1): Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering: 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks must be wagered.
Example (2): Deposit 840,000 Ks and receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 1,340,000 Ks. Wagering: 500,000 Ks × 15 = 7,500,000 Ks must be wagered.

  • The bonus can only be claimed once, and any bonus obtained on behalf of a third party may be voided.
  • If you withdraw before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be deducted before the withdrawal is processed.
  • The company may modify or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.

9 VIP Cashback

mm47's three VIP tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) each earn weekly cashback—

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

To move up a VIP tier, players must maintain consistent play and meet the targets set by the company.

Gaming Rules

10 Game Validity

Players are considered to acknowledge that they are playing of their own free will. mm47 is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gameplay.

  • Winning a game alone does not qualify a player for withdrawal — the wagering requirement must be met first (on balances that include a bonus).
  • Game results caused by technical faults may be reviewed and voided by the company.
  • If an account is suspended while a game is in progress, the game will be cancelled and any staked amounts will not be refunded (where the suspension is due to a violation).

11 Football Betting

During football betting, the odds and match results displayed by mm47 are considered final. Using external sources to manipulate results, or placing bets through software bots, is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

12 The following conduct is strictly prohibited

Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture—

  • Bonus abuse — colluding with players suspected to be the same person (same IP address or device) to claim bonuses
  • Arbitrage betting — placing bets that target price differences across markets
  • Using bots or software to automatically build betting positions
  • Illegal money laundering
  • Using internet proxy software or a VPN to access the site from a restricted region
  • Renting or selling your account to a third party
  • Attempting to hack the website or exploiting technical vulnerabilities for personal gain

Responsibilities and Limitations

13 Company Liability Limitations

mm47 is not liable for player losses, fraudulent actions, or any losses resulting from a player's own gameplay.

  • Gameplay losses that occur while the website is temporarily down
  • Matters arising from natural disasters, conflict, power outages, or communication failures
  • Player losses caused by disruptions to third-party payment services

The company's maximum liability shall not exceed the total deposits made by the player over the three (3) months prior to the relationship between the player and the company.

14 Player's Personal Responsibility

Players agree to take personal responsibility for their own gameplay. If you are facing financial difficulties or feeling low, stop playing immediately and seek support through the Responsible Gaming page.

Account Closure and Suspension

16 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request to close their account at any time via Live Chat or Email. Any remaining balance that has met the wagering requirement will be refunded.

17 Company-Initiated Suspension

mm47 may close an account and seize remaining balances without prior notice in the following circumstances—

  • Proven breach of this agreement
  • Discovery that false personal information was provided
  • Evidence of money laundering or illegal activity
  • Reports of bonus abuse

In such cases, any bonus funds and winnings obtained through bonuses will not be returned.

Agreement Changes

18 Amendments

mm47 may update these terms and conditions at any time. If significant changes are made, players will be notified in advance via Live Chat or Email.

What You Should Know About the Terms and Conditions

mm47 supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. Both deposits and withdrawals are available through these methods, and transactions must be made from an account registered in the same name as the player account.

No. mm47 services are only available to players aged 21 and above. If a player is found to be under 21 during identity verification, the account will be closed and bonus funds will not be refunded.

Your original deposited funds (excluding bonuses) may be refunded depending on the reason for suspension. However, if the suspension is due to a violation such as bonus abuse or providing false personal information, bonus funds and any winnings obtained using bonuses will not be refunded.

If significant changes occur, players will be notified in advance by email or through Live Chat. If you continue using the platform after the changes take effect, this will be taken as your agreement to the updated terms.
